Product Orders

Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange shipment of ordered products according to the delivery option you select at checkout. We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Transit times vary based on your location.
We may ship products in separate shipments. We are not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other conditions beyond our control. If an item goes out of stock after you place your order, we may cancel or split shipment of your order.
You are responsible for providing us with an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for misdirected shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
Shipped products become your property once delivered to you. You assume all risk of loss or damage in transit.
Cancelling or Modifying Orders
If you change your mind before we ship your order, please contact us immediately to cancel or request order modifications. We cannot guarantee we will receive email cancellation requests in time to halt order processing and shipment.
You may edit unshipped orders through your online account (if you created one). Once an order ships, no changes can be made.
If we have already processed your payment when you cancel an order, it may take up to 10 business days for refund processing depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges are permitted after you receive your shipment. Please ensure you order the right products in the right sizes and colors for your needs.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery to report the problem and arrange a return. We may require photo evidence of damage or defects. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of initial delivery. We will reimburse return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error.
Digital Products
We may make software, documents, audio, images, and other digital products (“Digital Products“) available for purchase and download.
Download links and access instructions for Digital Products will be provided upon order completion. You are responsible for downloading the products in a timely manner before the links expire. We attempt to keep links active for a reasonable time but cannot guarantee continued availability.
Provided downloads allow reproduction and distribution for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may install and use Digital Products only as permitted by their license terms. We reserve all other rights.
All sales of Digital Products are final – no refunds or exchanges are permitted after purchase. Please verify compatibility and suitability before ordering.
Gift Cards
Physical and electronic Caliville gift cards may be available for purchase. Gift cards are redeemable for eligible purchases on our website.
Gift cards do not expire and have no fees. Card balances are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or expired gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of, or inability to access, our website or purchase products. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, losses or expenses.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to this Agreement is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to us in the past year.
